Two tracks. One college. No starting again.
Everyone can start from the same place. From General English you can climb the business ladder all the way to a Graduate Diploma, or step across into early childhood education. Each qualification is a credential in its own right — and the entry requirement for the next one up.

The two rows line up on purpose. Early childhood sits at the same national levels as its business equivalents — a Certificate III is a Certificate III, whichever track you are on. Both early childhood courses were added to our scope in 2026, and both are taught in our purpose-built early learning room.

The campus
One floor, in the middle of the city.
Classrooms, the early learning training room, student services and admissions all sit on Level 5 of 440 Elizabeth Street — five minutes from Melbourne Central, and across the road from the Queen Victoria Market.

Fees & enquiries
Ask us what your course will cost.
We do not publish a price list. Fees depend on the course you choose, how long you study, and whether you are applying from overseas or are already in Australia — so we quote you properly rather than making you guess from a table.
Why we quote instead of publishing
Two students in the same course can pay different amounts. The length of your enrolment, your start date, whether a scholarship or promotion applies, and whether you are onshore or offshore all change the number. A published table would be wrong for most of the people reading it.
Tell us what you want to study and where you are applying from, and we will send you the current fees for your situation in writing.
What you will get back
A written fee schedule
Tuition, material fees and the enrolment fee for the course and duration you asked about, in Australian dollars.
Any offer that applies to you
Scholarships and promotions change through the year. We will tell you what you qualify for at the time you ask.
A written agreement before you pay
Nothing is binding until you have read and signed an agreement setting out your course, your fees and your refund rights. Your tuition is protected under the Tuition Protection Service.

- Which course you are interested in — or just tell us your goal and we will advise.
- When you would like to start.
- Whether you are applying from overseas, or are already in Australia.

Compliance & appeals
If something is wrong, tell us.
This is how you raise a concern with IIPM, ask us to reconsider a decision, or sit down with our Compliance Officer. It is free, it is confidential, and using it will never disadvantage you or your enrolment.
What this page is for
This is IIPM’s complaints and appeals process. Use it to raise a problem, or to appeal a decision the college has made about you.
Bring us anything: an assessment result you think is wrong, a course progress or attendance decision, a fee or refund outcome, the conduct of a staff member or an education agent, your welfare or safety on campus, or a decision about your enrolment.
Your enrolment continues while we work through it. Raising a complaint or an appeal does not put your place, your studies or your visa at risk, and it does not cost you anything.
How it works
Talk to us first
Most things are fixed fastest by talking to your trainer or the office. Come to reception on Level 5, or email us. To go straight to the Compliance Officer, email us.
Put it in writing
If it is not resolved, put it in writing so there is a clear record of what happened and what you would like done. Email us with the detail listed below.
We meet with you
You can bring a support person — a friend, a family member, anyone you choose. You will get our decision, and the reasons for it, in writing.
If you are still not satisfied
You can ask for the decision to be reviewed internally, and after that you can take it outside IIPM entirely.

Email us and we will confirm a time — in person at the Elizabeth Street campus, by phone, or by video call. You can also come to reception on Level 5 and ask to speak with someone.

So we can deal with it properly, please include:
- Your name, your course, and your student ID if you have one.
- What it is about — an assessment result, course progress or attendance, fees or a refund, an education agent, a staff member, your welfare, or a decision about your enrolment.
- What happened, when, and who was involved.
- What you would like to see done about it.
- Whether you would prefer to meet in person, by phone or by video, and what times suit you.
- Whether you will bring a support person.
Taking it outside IIPM
If you have been through our internal process and are not satisfied with the outcome, you can take your complaint to an independent body at no cost. You do not need our permission.
Commonwealth Ombudsman — Overseas Students. The Ombudsman investigates complaints from international students about private education providers in Australia. Contact them once you have finished IIPM’s internal process.

Your enrolment is maintained while an external complaint is investigated. IIPM will not cancel your enrolment because you have gone to the Ombudsman.
Using this process does not remove any other legal right you have under Australian law.
Appealing a refund decision
If IIPM refuses a refund, you may appeal in writing to Student Administration within 14 days of the decision. This is set out in the Student Handbook, along with the refund rules and the protections you have under the Tuition Protection Service.
